At Soccerdealshop, we value each and every single customer. As customer satisfaction is always our top priority, we offer various shipping options to suit every customer. Our options range from postal shipping (standard speed) to expedited shipping (fast delivery).

 

PROCESSING

Before ships out we conduct Quality Control checks and testing in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment. Items without any customization will be shipped in 1-3 business days. Items with custom patches ,name or number need extra 1-3 business days. 15pcs per lot, each additional lot needs another 2-3 business days. However, it can also be affected by the item's stock status.

Note: In orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.

 

SHIPPING(&SHIPPING TIME)

Standard shipping(EUBPostHKPostNLSF.Express): It normally takes 7-30 days.

Expedited shipping(DHLFedEx): It normally takes 4-10 days.

• All estimated/typical delivery time are derived from real world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only. 
• Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control.

Shipping time is the time of delivery, it started from the tracking website upload the information of your package.

 

Kindly note:

Please place an order in advance or choose the expedited shipping to have your item in the time for Christmas.

Orders after November 15th, we can not guarantee Christmas delivery.

 

 

Shipping FAQ

 

Q1: Why my order is always in the same place, it seems to get stuck?

A1: Your package will not have any updates until it arrive in the destination country.

 

Q2: What happens if no one is home when my parcel is being delivered?

A2: As all our orders require a signature, the postman will not be able to deliver the parcel if nobody is home. In these cases, the parcel will be taken to your local sorting office where it will be available for collection.

In theory, the postman should leave a card notifying you that you have missed the delivery and informing you of how to collect it again. However, in our experience, it does not happen frequently and it is possible that you miss the delivery without being notified.

If you do not collect the parcel from your local sorting office, it will eventually be returned to us. The period that the sorting office hold the parcel varies, which is out of our control. Items returned to us for non-delivery can be sent back to you.

 

Q3: What happens if my order doesn't arrive?

A3: when you fail to receive your package, you should notify us within one month after the shipping timescales. In your ”My Account” page, you will find details of how long to wait before reporting a missing delivery.

Once we confirm that the parcel has got lost, we will resend your item or issue a full refund if you no longer require it. This valid time is within one month from the shipment. Please understand.

 

 

Q4: When can I expect my package?

Then we will hand over your package to the shipping company. Normally the transmit time of standard shipping takes 7-20 days, the transmit time of expedited shipping takes 4-10 days.
